ClickDesk came to the cloud-based customer support market recently in the mid of 2011 without much fanfare from Indian city Hyderbad as a self-funded company and in the meantime it manage to open offices in Silicon valley, company now counting 20+ heads, and convinced over 25 000 businesses that they are good at what they are doing, which is quite a feat.

Clickdesk doesn't bring revolution with omnipresent Chat-VoiceChat-OfflineContactForm-Social addon and easy to use Helpdesk, but they are thanks to their simplicity and easy to use design, welcomed product on the market where others solutions overgrown itselfs into robust and far more complicated apps, that are today not as easy to use as ClickDesk.
