Mojo helpdesk is developed by Texas based company Metadot whose product portfolio includes CMS, few web based applications, special HW keyboard and even a Book about developing on Google App Engine, so they are something like little da Vinci’s of IT age.

As has already been compromised, Metadot is using Google’s PaaS, so they migrated their helpdesk to run on Google App Engine, using Java and Google Web Toolkit and now they maintain this product with help of wiki and helpful posts on Mojo’s blog.
